We supply your bees in a transportable Hive Doctor corflute box and provide you with a 2 box complete hive, with an intensive, 2-hour beekeeper basics training session, (at our apiary in Coutts Crossing) where you’ll learn everything you need to know to start your beekeeping journey. Our training is led by Scott, our master beekeeper with over 40 years experience and a passion for sharing his knowledge and supporting others to get started in beekeeping. During the training, you’ll learn about the life cycle of bees, how to handle and care for your bees, and how to maintain and harvest honey. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the bees, and experience the thrill of working with them.
And, for your peace of mind, our Complete Beekeeping Starter Kit is sourced from our own AFB disease-free apiary, and we use no chemicals or antibiotics in our beekeeping practices.
We understand that starting a new hobby can be daunting, that’s why we provide lifetime after sales phone support to assist with your beekeeping journey. We will be available to answer any questions you may have, and provide guidance and support as you learn the ins and outs of beekeeping.
Keeping bees is a rewarding hobby that can bring a lot of joy and benefits. One of the main joys of beekeeping is the satisfaction of watching your bees thrive and produce honey.
